1 teaspoons raw honey
11⁄2 teaspoons red wine
1⁄2 teaspoon ground chia seeds
What you will need: small mixing bowl, fork
1 To Make: Stir together the honey and red wine in a small mixing bowl. Add the ground chia seeds a little at a time, stirring to moisten all of the powder until you reach the desired consistency.
2 To Store: This mask should not be stored. Use immediately.
3 To Use: To use, spread a thick layer of the mask onto clean skin. Leave on skin 10–25 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer.
